For sale is a 180MM UDP crank pulley kit, I have had this installed on my 2006 CLS55 for only a few months and 3000km then sold the car and the new ower wanted to revert the vehicle back to stock. Huge power gains. Vehicle will require tune after this mod. The way these are made starts with a new AMG balancer, then they machine the stock outer metal ring off and press and bolt on a new larger aluminum ring to add more boost. OEM Nitride coated hub, * Kit comes complete with all parts needed. 180mm Balancer, smaller water pump pulley to clear larger ring, new OEM crank bolt and new performance belt. The high performance balancer ring. is precision CNC machined in the USA and installs directly onto the OEM balancer. The balancer and crank ring assembly weighs only 13lbs, compared to 15lbs lbs for the factory steel unit. Installation of this kit removes significant rotating mass from the engines rotating assembly. Our ultra hardened aluminum CNC machined crank pulley rings bolt directly to the new AMG OEM balancer. 180MM outer pulley can be unbolted and upsized for a lager ring or downsized, these are available from UDP. Would reccomend a new crank pulley bolt as they are stretch bolts. I do also have the euroflash cable that i purchased with the kit but the tune is used and has to be re-purchased from Eurocharged. Paid 1100 for the pulley kit and 450 for the euroflash cabe and tune.
