Up for sale is my 2005 SL65 AMG in black on black with original 2pc AMG wheels.
I’ve made some tasteful modifications to the vehicle that I believe the next owner will enjoy, such as Renntech tune, fully functional facelifted carbon wrap steering wheel with carbon fiber, sprint booster, renntech lowering module
The car was recently serviced at MB of Portsmouth, NH and the car is located in that area. The car started its life out west in CA, NV, I owned it for about 6 years in TX before moving to the Northeast however it has always been garage kept in my possession. Prior owner spent time traveling a lot between CA and NV so I can well account for about half of the mileage.
With a high miles V12 I know maintenance is a top concern and while little things come up from time to time I would like to highlight the major servicing that has been done since 100k miles:
-spark plugs changed
-replaced both coil packs with updated new -part numbers
-new arnott remanufactured front struts, various abc lines replaced, no leaks
-rebuilt valve blocks
-new transmission control module
-rebuilt convertible pump and various lines replaced to ensure strong functionality, no leaks
I have thoroughly enjoyed and maintained this vehicle over the years and it was a secondary vehicle for some time. Now that I live in the northeast I have changed my priorities and it makes less sense for me to keep this car with a growing family.
