I purchased this car in 2020 from an enthusiast on MBWorld that took excellent car of the vehicle. I work from home 95% of the time, so the mileage reflects that after five years of ownership. The mileage will go up each week as I still do drive it. Upgrades: 83mm upper pulley, UDP belt wrap kit, UDP aluminum pulley set, Eurocharged 93oct tune, PLM XL heat exchanger, Bosch 010 IC pump, EuroTek 4-fin rear diffuser, Suneer carbon fiber front lip. I have always run on 93 pump. Always garaged, rarely driven in rain (usually caught in it), NEVER driven in snow or salt. I have the factory OEM Mercedes car cover I'll include too.
1) All Wheels have some sort of curb rash all around. They can be easily refinished/buffed by a reputable shop. Purchased the car like this and never got around to refinishing them.
2) It's 19 years old and has your typical dents, dings, scratches/ imperfections. Driver seat side bolster (common issue with these cars) has very minimal wear- almost unnoticeable, as seen in one picture attached. Overall, very good condition inside and out.
3) Mechanically, the car needs nothing. I will do an oil and oil filter change before the buyer takes ownership and I have had the oil changed every 5K miles or once a year in July. Tires are Michelin Pilot 4S; 90%+ tread left. Brand new main battery installed November 2024 (aftermarket battery throws convenience functions error but everything works perfectly). I changed both Air filters and cabin filter in early 2024.
4) Title in hand, no liens. Funds MUST BE CERTIFIED/bank check.
5) Shipping is buyer's expense/responsibility, but I will make myself available that day to meet the driver or do what I can to get it safely loaded. Car is located in Maryland just outside Annapolis.
6) No trades, straight sell.
7) All books included.
8) I have two keys (one fob needs batteries swapped)
9) Main Options: Keyless GO/Push-Start, Bi-xenon active headlights, Heated & Ventilated seats.
10) Price is firm. 

Lastly, the one and only reason I am selling is simply because the car is too small now.  I have three growing quickly kids and it’s just not practical if wife comes along too.  This is my third E55, this car is truly one of a kind and the reason I kept coming back.  Plenty of fast cars nowadays, but this car is just special.
