Operating the TV's in the rear seats of 04 Maybach 57 do they connect to a tuner through a cable service provider?

They were designed to tune to the old analog over-the-air VHF TV signal. Nowadays, everything is digital HD over-the-air, so the tuner is obsolete, I'm afraid.

Mercedes offers a service of Analog to Digital Tele Aid Upgrade that may solve your problem and likely give you better phone service.

With the preponderance of electrical problems on early Maybachs who knows what else needs upgrading. I am led to believe Many 2004's had their complete dash and some wiring replaced. Sounds like a recall should have been done.
