Sharing a pic provided by one of our customers of our new V5 194 wedge LEDs and the level of brightness the new design has with just the city lights by themselves.
You've spoken and we've listened. Due to the large amount of real estate the COB chip took up where space is at a premium, our V5 design had to locate the resistors at the base of the unit which made for harder installation. We've made a swap for new Samsung SMD chip while keeping the core V5 component design which allows us to move the resistor away from the base for trouble free install in our new V5.1 design:

You're better off throwing a quality replacement HID bulbs on there. We carry Morimoto, Philips, and Osram. LEDs will underperform compared to HIDs in HID housing projectors.

well I bought Phillips ds1 hid light bulbs and the left driver low beam still says low beam and it won’t turn on. Before the light went out completely it was flickering here and there then finally went out last week. Is there any good ds1 kits I can use that come with ballast etc.

Did you power cycle the vehicle to reset the SAM? You should do this after every bulb swap to reengage power to the socket and clear old codes. It's possible your issue was with the ballast and not the bulb in which you can just buy a replacement ballast easily enough.

no I didn’t power cycle the vehicle . How do I do that ? And is there any hid kits that are compatible with factory hid w211? Would rather put a new ballast light and connectors in both low beams .

Lights off, Turn engine fully on then off, then lights on.
