    Hi, I came across you post on Xentry forced transmission adaptation and I live in NJ and going through the same thing right now. My local MB dealership either does not know how to fix my hard shifting on does not want to do it. I have a 2020 face lift s560 and a slight 5-4 hard shifting and a real bad 3-2 shifting. My car was at the dealer for 5 weeks already and they did a valve body replacement per recommendation of an engineer from Germany. Needles to say, it did not help at all. They claimed that they did the adaptation, but I am not sure if they did what you are describing in your posts.
    I have made another appointment with the dealer, but I am not confident that they will fix it this time.
    Looking for advice and thanks in advance.
