    Hi Slammer 111 - re: W203 c240 yr 2003 I read your instructions on dash removal. Question(s): I am attempting to reach defrost vent Actuator motor M2/16 (way up in there!) and I believe dash removal is necessary.     Hi Thanks for your reply I purchased a OEM axle lh side Removed original axle but noticed how easily it came off of intermediate shaft. Turns out no c clip. Owned car since new. First time its been off. So should I reinstall with new clip or not? When I look at depth of land for c clip I wonder if a clip will even work Doesn't look deep enough
