    Hi Bruce, mstraka from the MB Forum, former Macan owner. I have a V1 Escort radar detector that is a newer model than yours so it doesn't have the contact beeping your experiencing (I bought it factory to replace an older V1 that did what yours does.) This is in like new condition - cosmetically and all works perfect. I purchased it on 1-12-17 and used it sparingly. I'm now using a Uniden 7. This was my detector of choice before my Uniden 7. Factory box and accessories but It won't include the straight cord and lighter plug - they're identical to what you have with your current V1. It will include the coiled cord. I'm using the lighter plug in and straight cord with my Uniden. $300 and includes shipping, insured and tracking number. Let me know you received this message. mbstraka@cox.net
