Mr. Wolfman, Why can't we split off the ML55 and the ML63? This forum is very tedious to work through because of this mixing of platforms.

I don't know if I'm supposed to ask you a question or start a thread (new to this) but I saw "Wolfman" figured I'd give it a shot since we have similar unique names. My friends call me Wolfy (my last name is WOLF).
Anyway, on my 2002 clk55 amg for some reason when I put the key fob in the ignition it won't turn and the display says "remove key". I put new batteries in the fob and still the same issue. I checked the fuses in the small fuse block in the trunk and replaced #9 as it was blown. I really need help because I can't unlock the steering wheel to move the car. It's parked on the street and I have already got 2 parking tickets from street sweeping that comes every Thursday morning. Please help! (if you can) The fob does work to unlock and lock the doors but not the trunk. And when I get in, I can turn the radio on without the key and it will stay on until I open the door. Also, it acts like the car battery died (although it hasn't) because the windows dropped down.

Want to install exact as you did.

Ordered bracket from Amazon.

What plate holder or does the plate go directly to the bracket and just a frame?
