I want to remove the speed limit and active a cruise control, I think I have all the information for that, but my Das does not allow me Offline programming. It is a 2008 Sprinter minibus so there shouldn´t be any problem programming offline once i get it to work,

I don't have an answer, but I'm guessing you saw my post on updating the Telematics. If that doesn't work for you, I'd guess the player itself, but you tried that...

Do you have Xentry/ Star? That's a must to update the NTG... My instruction in the Telematics update are long but I tried to cover everything from the beginning. If you haven't seen it, check posts started by me.

What options do I have if my DVD /cd changer does not read CDs. I even opened it tried to clean the lense makes no difference.

I bought another used one from ebay and that one reads the cds a bit longer (maybe 20 seconds ) and then it shows format error and will not go into the next track.

I am SOL.
I want to update the firmware on my NTG3.0 but can't. I got the latest NTG firmware from another member here and pulled my HDD out and installed his files into mine. No dice there either.

It appears the firmware actually flashes/installs the files into the chips and not he harddrive itself.

Any idea what I can try without having to use the cd?
