I had ordered both the dashcam and aug. reality (AR). With the semi chip shortage, I did not get either option installed. I was told AR needs the camera to work, so not sure if you can turn on the dashcam later if you were to order AR only?

Hello, I saw your post on your upcoming GLE 53, I noticed you said no dashcam, that's really disappointing. Mine is supposed to be built May, isn't dashcam part of the surround view package? Or is it part of the augmented reality? I also got the driver assist package, obviously that includes the front cameras, so I don't know if that would include the dashcam.
