Hello. I saw you post about information on how to disable O2 sensors. I am trying to help my mother with her W212 (2012 E350) with a persistent O2 sensor problem.

I have read about using the STAR diagnostic tool, but I am not exactly sure what equipment I need. Is there a cable I can get to hook into my computer and software I can run to disable the sensors?

Heard great things about your Mercedes products and wish to upgrade my vehicle.
Does the $249 ECU tune for W211s include the E500?
I own a 2003 model and am curious as to what kind of gains I might see.
The car is pretty much stock except for Green air filters and I'm getting ready to install AMG mufflers from an E55.
