Sorry to hear about your problems. I had many, many issues as well. Why don’t you post your issues and concerns on one of my threads and I can respond there. I think the more people are aware of it, publicly, the better chance MB will finally recognize the issues.

Hi Frenetic, just found your thread on the dangerous "lane keep assist" ... I have same problem and local dealer denies that it is a known problem; my daughter has an A Class with same software glitch; because it happens so rarely it is very difficult to demonstrate as you know; have you had any official feedback form Mercedes acknowledging that the problem exists ?
I also have had numerous other problems on my GLE (camera for distronic and intelligent headlights failing, navigation often failing to boot up, rear ventilation controls non-functional or if they do decide to work they alter the front settings, air suspension failure that resolved after restart etc etc etc), and agree with your opinion that it is a POS ! Unfortunately will also take a huge loss if I sell it now and switch to another brand, but they all seem to have their own issues....
Any official feedback from Mercedes or NTHSA on the lane change assist gremlin will be highly appreciated !
