Came across the thread that you originated about hard shifting issues on S class and I am experiencing the same issue with a hard down shift from 3 to 2 before the full stop. I just purchased a 2020 face lift S560 and my car was already at the dealer for about 5 weeks for that. needless to say, they did not fix it. They did replace a volve body per MB suggestion from engineer from Germany, did the software upgrades and did say they did the shift normalization procedure. But I don't think they performed the procedure that you were describing in your posts. I am about to make another appointment, but I am not confident they know how to fix it. I am on east coast (northeast), can I ask you what dealership did you end up going to FINALLY fix it ones and for all? ( I apologize, maybe you have mentioned it in your posts and have missed it ).

i came across this site and did s550 convert in search and your thread came up. is there a group on FB for just convertible's? i see a group but all sedans / coupes

anyway - would be great to hear from you and exchange stories - my car being delivered from out of state so as of now, dont have but i do own lol
