I just saw your post suggesting that another user 'looked like they were in austin' and suggesting that they look a little further south for non market adjustment pricing. You also made a favorable comment about Sewell. I'm moving to Dallas in a few weeks, 100% new to the area. I saw a lot of Sewell stamps / frames on the M-Bs around Dallas. Are they "the place to go"? I stopped in at Park Place while I was there - they had some crazy prices, so I'm thinking they are _not_ the place to go. Thanks in advance for your help / advice! - Nick
