FYI, I am not filing a lawsuit (yet). I am going to be dealing with the MB Customer Advocacy dept, seeking to find resolution for myself and people that send me their info. Please let me know what resolution you would find satisfactory, i.e. reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses, replacement with smaller wheels (19" or 20"), reimbursement to replace with 21" Michelins, etc.
