I purchased the E53 diffuser from Autunik for $299, and it came with all items to swap stock directly without any modification. I had it done at a custom auto shop but it did involve dropping the bumper to install the new diffuser and tips. No need to drill any part of the setup, just a straight swap. If you are a DIYer, then check out yt vids. I spent the money for a shop to install… cost $350, or thereabouts… good luck.

I am new to the forum, however I saw in one of your postst that you upgraded your stock amg diffuser with the e53 style one.

I am in the process of purchasing the same diffuser for my e400 wagon. Do you have any tips for the removal/installation of the diffuser?

Does the bumper have to come off?

What about the PDC, did you have to drill holes in the diffuser?

Were there any modifications neccesary to the diffuser or is it straightworward and a good fit?
