    Derrel, thanks for taking the time to write me personally; sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I didn't realize I had a message. Anyhow, the car has been sold to someone. My business has been slower than normal (much like everyone's I'm sure), so am going to hold off on purchasing anything at the moment.

    To answer your questions though, it was a CPO and was at an MB dealer in Dublin, OH, so assume that it wasn't a buyback. Thanks again.

    Chuck,
    Question on your interest in a Bluetec with such low mileage.

    How does a buyer know whether or not any vehicle like that is not a buy-back?
    Reason for asking is I am too in the market for a used 2007-2008 Bluetec and I see so many that have been run through the auctions in GA, etc.
    Some states do not show on their titles whether or not a car is a buyback, etc.
    Is this car a certified used car offered by a MBZ dealer?
