    Hi, My name is Brad - I was reading a post you were responding to about increasing the HP in a 300 SDL and hoped you could give me some advice. I'm no mechanic but have been doing all the maintenance and repairs myself to my 86 300SDL. Mine is a stock car with 270K miles on it. Engine was rebuilt at 100K by MB due to head damage and tranny rebuilt at 180K - all prior to my ownership. I love it to death - it's a great car and very reliable, I would like to get a little bit more umph out of her off the line than is provided by the 127 HP she comes with. Not looking to do burn outs or race it - just some more pep off the line, in the city and mergine onto the interstate. I recently replaced the O rings at the injector pumps due to leaking and saw something about adjusting these to improve HP to 180? Not sure what needs to be done but that would be way more than enough as I am not trying to kill the car off either. Turbo is running good, vaccum lines are all new and working good (had issues with air leaks when I bought it). Tranny shifts great and car is holding up remarkably well. Was considering selling it and buying newer but I just love it too much and would rather spend 3K in fixing odds and ends, new paint and if I can make her just a bit faster on a take off would be thrilled. Have been using K&N cold air intake during the summer months when running the A/C and it has a cummins diesel exhaust on it. Thought about maybe going dual exhaust with K&N but not sure if that's of any benefit. Could you point me in the right direction to bump the HP up over the 150s?

    Bosch- Injector Operation.pdf

    Could you repost them? I have the Bosch in-line fuel injection manual, but I'm missing the MW specific pump and governor manuals.

    I would buy them, if I had the exact name of them.
