    Greetings and salutation Oh Lord,

    Like so many of your petitioners below, I come seeking enlightenment and guidance. Today's prayer is about my 98 CL500 with a bad misfire.

    OBDII code indicates Cy3 misfire & Oxy Sen failure, right bank pre cat. Pulling all the spark plugs - all clean and correct - then replaced all four Oxy sensors (@ 150k figure they all at end of design lifetime)

    As you might expect - still have the miss.

    Error codes now 4 - misfires:Cy 3, Cy 7 and random. Check Eng light flashing @ last startup, so to protect cats and addition expensive repairs I shut her down and found you.

    If bad injector, why no code? That would cause Oxy sensor to fail yes? - but not finding much help.

    Which led me to you Oh Lord.

    Like Jim Morrison, I fear one cannot petition the Lord with prayer, so am trying a post on your thread instead. Willing to get religion with proper response.

    Hello, I have been inform by my father who I just inherited a 98 E320 wagon from that you drive a E320 wagon as well and tow some race cars and are the Go To guy. What I am looking to do is two a small travel trailer 2500lbs and would like to add a class 3 trailer hitch to pull this thing. I have read that the US only rates this at a class one and can only find class one receivers yet in Europe this same model is rated at 5,000 pounds. Any advise would be appreciated. thank you. ( FYI my father purchased a spark plug puller from you ) .

    if you can help me do walkthrough with re-programming the fob or the key to my 01 e430, came out of work and it wont open up, no lights, nothing......and it was fine this morning, any help is appreciated.

    Ohlord, did you take the weekend off? If so, its much deserved. I was hoping you could help me with my power steering problem? I posted it a couple off days ago, and nothing so far. My power steering seems to work when it feels like, and not work exactly when I need it the most. I bled it, I think correctly. No bad leaks for sure. What do you think it could be. You've been a really big help to me before, so I'm hoping you can again. thanks

    MB E 320 Wagon wife used the CC lever to indicate she could break it off and she was successful!!! Has anyone changed out this and what advice can anyone give me yours with a sore right leg and foot!

    Dear Oh! I need help with questions on my 2000 E320. My CEL has come on and off for a mounth or two. The car seemed to be riding rougher than normal and I took it to my local guy that has done a few small things on it for me (he is by no means a MB expert-- FYI) He pulled the codes and said I needed new plugs, wires and for cylinder 5. He replaced them. It still had codes. He replaced a fuel injector -- codes were gone seemed to be fine - pulled it out of the garage and was going to call and tell me to come get it when the CEL came on again. He was smart enough to call me and say whatever is wrong is above his "pay grade" and that I needed to take it to the dealer. He feared it might be an ECM or ECU or something that was over $1800 at the dealer. I picked the car up and made an appointment with the dealer but thought I would enlist your help before I have to resort to the dealer. I have tried to read every post and Question asked on here that has anything remotely to do with the codes I am getting. I haven't seen anyone who seems to be having the same problems to actually have this ECM deal..?? I took the car to AutoZone this a.m. and they pulled the following engine codes: P0205, P0300, 302, 305 and P0400. The AZ guy suggested that I should always have ALL of the plugs changed at the same time. Is this the case? and should I have all of the plugs changed out before my appt with the dealer? I also purchased a can of Seafoam after seeing many posts about carbon buildup, etc. but have not put it into the tank as of yet. I also ran the tank as low as I could get away with and then filled the tank with Super Prem. gas. Car info: 2000 E320, 189,000 miles, sythetic oil with religious changes, (unfortunately) not always premimum gas (yikes) plugs and wiring changed on #2 Dec 09, and now have new plugs, coil and injector on #5 last week. Also - it tells me frequently that I am WAY over having Service B done (which is plugs and stuff isn't it??) Additional info you need to know -- I am a girl and I have LESS than no idea about how things work, I just want to be informed before I head into a shop, or god forbid, the dealer. They ALWAYS try to be vague and tell me as little as possible because of this fact! Any advice you could send would be greatly appreciated!
