Replacing headlights on 2000 ML with those from 2003 ML

Hey all, I've always loved the look of the last-gen W163 headlights. I was thinking of replacing my 2000 ML320's with the Hellas on this page(http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/200..._assembly.html) (Part #W0133-1602788 for the left side one). Would they actually fit without a gap, or is this gonna look really stupid? Here's a pic of my baby for reference: https://i.imgur.com/IIgN5.jpg

I have kept her very clean and very stock-looking all of these years, so I don't want to do anything tacky. What do you guys think?

they do fit in the pre 2002 models make sure you buy the Halogen type Depo brand are good and cheap unless you can afford originals., is probably the best facelift that you can do, you can also try w164 rims and 2003 front and rear bumpers https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif
