Mysterious wires what are they
HI Guys,

2001 April ml 320

whilst getting under the bonnet i found these two wire hiding and not connected to anything, can anyone help tell me what these two belong two please

Would it be possible that those wires are long enough to attach to the fuse box terminals? Don't attach them, just see if they are long enough.

Glenn, those wires go to the alarm horn which is missing from the firewall. Cover the orange wire.

Have covered, do you reckon they removed it because remote is not working?

Just replaced batteries going to try and programme keys and see how i go

1990 190E 2.6, ... 1998 ML320, 2005 ML500SE
UK spec ML's don't have an alarm horn on the firewall but have a siren module located somewhere near the right wheel well. I don't know if the Australia spec ML's are the same.
