Fuse box grounding location

Fuse box grounding location
I'm trying to hardwire my V1 in the fuse box in the passenger footwell of my '03 ML500.
I think I know which fuse I'm going to tap (the blue one) using the Direct-Wire Power Adapter Kit, but I have no idea where to ground it.
I tried loosening the bolt that connects the brown cable (the grounding cable I believe) but there's no room to maneuver in there and I can't loosen it.
Do you guys have any idea where or how I can ground the wire? And while we're at it, any suggestions on which fuse to tap?

Remove the entire footwell paneling to gain access to the entire fuse/relay box.
Never tap off a fuse.
The stud on the fuse box with the Brown/Tan wire is ground.
Then there will be another stud with a Red wire. This is the stud where battery voltage is delivered constantly, whether the key is on or off. Circuit 30.
Then there will be another stud which will only show battery voltage when the key is turned to pos. #2. Circuit 15r.
Attach your wires according to the requirements of the component you are installing.
Never tap off a fuse.
