Wrapping up the mods on my c63s sedan. Car is not 80% murdered out, except for the exhaust tips. Do you know if our exhaust tip would hold black paint & powder coating well? Also trying to look for the OEM night package exhaust tip, if anyone has one for sale.
whoever paints would have to strip the chrome off first for it to stick. I have the AWE black tips for about 2 years and they look great and held up perfectly. i think less expensive then the stock black ones

I wouldn't paint them. I had my OEM chrome tips painted, and the heat is already causing the paint to flake off. Gonna buy the OEM black tips. $600 for the pair new, which isn't too bad. Part #s 2054900727 and 2054900827 I believe.
