W124 won't rev above 4000
 

My son replaced the plugs in his 94 E320 and now it acts as if it has a rev limiter at 4000 rpm, it just will not go above that rpm and coughs and sputters until it falls below......Any ideas?

Figured it out. Rev limiter in N or P, runs fine...

On second thought, the way he drives, perhaps I should have that happen all the time :rolleyes:
