butt warmer not working, any diy's or fixes??

hi,

i have searched for "butt warmer" "seat warmer" "heated seat fix" and gotten nothing. the butt warmers on both of the seats on my '02 c32 do not work. the back warmers work fine. is there a fix for this that is listed as a "diy" or is it a dealership fix? i do not have a warranty.

thanks in advance
meek

In my experience, it's usually the heating element. You have to take the seat apart to replace it.

Did they both stop working at the same time?

I had the same problem - dealer fixed it under warranty - basically replaced both front seats.
