Parking Sensors ??

Anybody know how to faultsearch parkingsensors...

Not sure if ANY of my rear sensors are working..
Got an E320T 4matic S210 all up front works, but not sure about the rear ones...

is there a quick test i can perform ???

There is a Function test with the Star Diag...One can check all the sensors

Well, i just dont have the "Star Diag" around here, was thinking more of something i could do myself :-)

Put the car in reverse to activate the parktronic system, have someone else walk past each sensor and check the interior display for detection. Or, back up to a wall at different angles, and check the interior display for detection. Given that you're not sure if the rear system is working, don't hit the wall.

my fault....

was me looking in wrong place, i thought it would be the two up front showing back...

Didnt even see the signals up in the roof..... :-)
They all worked..

you cannot do this becuase if the system sees a fault in one sensor, it will shut the entire PTS system off.
