The passenger power windows, all power seats, and all mirrors have stopped functioning on my 1994 S420. I have been told it is most likely due to a bad relay. Does this sound correct? If so, where is the old one located to be changed? Thanks.

More than likely its the convenience relay (under the passenger floor board-or razor plate as we call it), or its power source
