It's impossible

Does anybody have the special tool needed to assemble the cam advance on the M119 engine. Called a thrust nut MB# 111 589 01 40 00. Can't put it together without one and Mercedes doesn't have them anymore. Need to get from Germany. Please PM if you want to get rid of yours.
