Arrow '87 300e cold start valve fuse location?

I was wondering if anyone can point me to the location of the cold start fuse? I did not find a place for it in the fuse boxes under the hood on the driver's side.
At the moment I am bypassing the fuse by using a toggle switch to turn the cold start on and off for starting in cold temperatures and it works wonderfully. Of course, I want it to be powered the right way .

ain't no cold start fuse

Cold start valve is controlled by computer based in input from temperature sensor.

Is that the engine temperature sensor? Could mine be defective, hence the cold start not operating without the jumper line?

Two temp sensors: one for the gauge, one for the computer.

So what needs to be done in my case?

Also..do you mean guage as in the water temp guage because otherwise I do not have a guage for engine temp. Your help is greatly appreciated as all I would like is to have the cold start be powered OEM style .
