Blower motor blows air only on high speed. I have replaced the voltage regulator and the blower motor. It still blows hot air on high speed. The AC and the EC buttons do not light up and do not work. Every now and then the fan will start working properly and the AC and the EC buttons work just fine. But that doesn't happen often. Checked all the fuses and they are fine. Also the radiator fan seems to come on high speed too right after the engine is started. I don't remember that happening before but they may not be related issues.
Any help appreciated.
