Replacement Windshield-no vin cutout
2001 clk-320
VIN: WDBLK65G51T067501
Ordered a new windshield by vin. PN 2086701101 (C?) It came in and has no vin cutout. We have dry fit it to verify it blocks the vin completely. The MB dealer says this is updated glass. I cannot use it because it will not pass inspection or emissions if they cannot see the vin on the dash. Anyone seen this before? Oh yeah, the old glass is out already.
