Mercedes CLK W209 Convertible Roof Motor and Pump
Hello All,
Aaaargh, just spend $700 at Mercedes shop for them to tell me my Roof Motor for the soft top is burned.
Mercedes is asking $3500 for a replacement + installation :'(
Where would I look to check if there is any possible Mercedes warranty on a part like that (the car has 50.000 miles on it, I think it is really soon for such an expensive part to give up)?
Any hints to where you maybe can get a cheaper option would be highly appreciated!

do a google search. i believe that there are places that rebuild the motor. good luck!
