Smart key remote lost communication with car
 

MB S430 2002 125K.
I parked my car in my garage yesterday. Next day, I tried to unlock the car with the remote, but didn't work. I unlocked the driver side door with the mechanical key and car alarm turned on, inserted key into ignition alarm got off, tried to started up but engine got on for a few second and shouted down, second time the same, on third time no any reaction at all. Sound like immobilizer system problem. First though remote batteries. I changed the batteries on the remote, but the problem still be there. All function bottoms (lock/unlock, power windows, sunroof, stereo etc. work just fine). Checked all fuses under rear seats all good. Most of the time I performed any level of maintenance on my MB by my self. Anyone, please help, as I don't want to get ripped by the dealership... BTW main car battery had been replaced for brand new one just about a month ago, so that couldn't be an issue as well. Thanks a lot!
