Car won't go. Chugging and missing.

1999 c230

Car won't go. Chugging and missing.

I have a 1999 c230 kompressor that i can not get to accelerate properly. It misses and chugs and will not go above around 30mph. I have cleaned the MAF which wasnt bad after i unplugged it while car was running and there was no change. Replaced fuel filter. Put in new plugs. Just cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner and the butterfly valve. If i slowly use the throttle or gas pedal it will rev with missing. Any suggestions?

is Check Engine Light on? If so have it scanned (OBD Scanner) and report back the error codes.

1999 c230

It has the p0302 code. I did find a small break in one of the plug wires so i have a new set on order. Hopefully that will fix it.
