I have a 2012 e350. Everything was working fine when I sent it out to get the interior detailed (which included conditioning the seat). When I got the car back 1 1/5 hours later the Command was not working properly. The screen would freeze when my phone was trying to sync, then it would shut down and restart. I turned off my phone and tried to reset but the system would freeze and restart even when my phone was not around.

I have seen possible problems being fuses and/or wires in the trunk (which was vacuumed when detailed). Could there be a simple solution to my problem?
