Help - w204 2012 C class - Squeeking noise coming when turning and when car is hot

Hey guys,

I bought a 2012 C class a year ago and I still have an extended warranty.
Recently my car has had noise while driving slow and turning. When I press the brakes it squeaks and when I don't press the brakes.

I am not sure what the problem is. I have an extended warranty and I am going to bring it to the shop.

Will they charge me an assessment fee if it isn't covered under warranty?

Also, I put in non- OEM headlights, I just wanted to verify that the non OEM headlights woudln't void my warranty for other parts that are unrelated.
