If the part numbers are not the same, then you will have to recode. Post your VIN for the correct part number.

ahaha mine is rust free lol ! but i have this big ****ty problem
if you have time to lose read this little story

my car have power issues and lights of (abs esp bas) sometimes here and sometimes not, also my steering wheel is sometimes strong and sometimes not , the car running slugglish most of the time but suddently it can be a beast...
i Went to the mercedes dealer and they telling me its the esp ecu unit to change and that all those problem are related to this...
Put the mercedes diag i have those codes coming with the ESP ecu unit on
(C1149,B24/2,B34,A7/7B1) The voltage supply of the components has interrupt or short circuit
(mass air flow sensor already change still power issue)
cant it be a k40 voltage problem ? where exactly can i check the 12voltage on?
