Help - Rough gear changes on my MY10 W212
Hi, thank you all in advance as all your replies are duly respected.
Vehicle
- 2010 E200 CGI (with AMG kit, and Manual shift program (C/S/M) with steering paddles).
- Mileage 118,000 kms or 73,000 miles
- 5 speed auto.
Symptom
- Rough gear changes and random RPM dips within the same gear when cold starting, this continues until optimum operating temperature is reached.
- Once warm, the car still experiences slightly random harsh up-shifts, all down-shifts are smooth.
History
- Recently, a mechanic changed my gearbox filter recently and my propshaft seal.
- Propshaft seal was changed along with the propshaft being re-balanced.
- The gearbox filter and propshaft balancing was done in response to there being a vibration throughout the center console when accelerating under load on highways.
Advice
Please advise on what I need to do next, thank you.
