Mercede B180 automatic transmission question
 

Hi,

I have 2013 mercedes B180.
Yesterday i put my car shift into D position in automatic transmission while car is running.
I put the electonic handbrake on.
Then i went to market and forgat the car engine is running in D position and handbrake is put on.
It waited nearly 40-50 minutes. When i came back i realized this and stopped the car.
Is there a probability that this situation may give har to the car ?

You may have used more material on the discs and fuel,but I doubt any long term issues. However next leave the car in P
