W205 interior ambient lighting too dim

I have noticed the interior ambient lighting is not as bright as a friends car which is practically the same. I have the 2015 model with premium plus but the lighting is too dim.

I turned it to max on the screen but its not as bright as expected.

Is this a bug or is there a mod for this?
