Retrofitting speed sensitive steering to W204

I believe the steering rack for the W204 C63 AMG is the same used in the pre-facelift C300/C350s that are equipped with the Dynamic Handling Package - it's a more direct ratio and has an electrical connector on it for the speed sensitive solenoid.

The easy part (in theory) is getting one of these steering racks and installing it into a non-speed sensitive W204. Also if you have the right equipment, coding would probably be fine too.

What's difficult is the wiring - the electrical connector has two leads and I'm not sure what it is wired to. ESP module? Front SAM? Any one have any ideas? Also, getting a hold of this wire probably isn't easy as it's probably integrated into an equipped car's entire chassis wiring harness.
