The car is in immaculate condition, kept clean, and well maintained. I live in Orange County, CA and am moving to the Bay Area for school next month and cannot take the car with me. As the buyer, you will need to pre-qualify at Mercedes-Benz Financial in order to enter the transfer. The buyer is supposed to pay the transfer fee of $695, but as an incentive, I will pay the $695 transfer fee. I did have this posted on LeaseTrader.com, so you have the option of using them since they offer services that take care of all the details pertaining to the assumption.

I've seen some that are over $700/mo (on leasetrader) that don't even have Multimedia or P2 with way less miles. It has been been over a year since I've had the car, so it's now only 37 months remaining on the lease.
