I picked up a CLS55 and am ready to sell my C32. Car is a black C32 with 98k miles. I purchased with over 60k miles back in 2009. Car did 331rwp on dynojet (299 on dyno dynamics at Eurocharged with conservative tune). Most all of the 35+k miles I put on it since purchased in 2009 were due to long commute. Car runs and shifts great. It has been a great car that is fun to drive.

The Good:
Eurocharged Installations done at their shop (over $2k back in 2009):
- EC pulley (I did reinstall a bit later due to a seal leak)
- EC Heat Exchanger - EC installed
- Johnson pump - EC installed
- Custom Dyno Tune (see below)

Self Installed:
- Needswings pulley saver kit
- SL55 Intake (full)
- K & N Filters
- MB (OEM) Star Grill
- AMG button Trunk Button Emblem

The neutral - the following have been repaired since car was purchased in 2009
- water pump
- alternator
- front seal
- sway bar end links (front)
- driver side upper and lower control arms (front)
- driver side spring and shock (rear)
- rear passenger window - came off track and needed repaired

The bad
- the main reason for lower price is that as a 2002 it lacked much of the rust protection of the latter models. As such I have had to spot repair certain areas and then get car repainted. I just repaired the car and had it repainted in December. Pictures were just taken last weekend.


- my CD changer does not work - not sure why but it just says 'No CD' or some such. I got it to work for a while once, but have not messed with it since. Ebay has these used that will plug right in (sits in glove box).

-The front pads and rotors need replaced. I am not getting a warning light yet but you can feel the rotors up front when braking (very easy job on these cars).

Additional details, interior is in overall great shape. The cup holder spring does not work and has to be lifted manually. I always leave it open anyway to hold drinks or cell phone.

I have always done all fluid maintenance on the car as well. Tires are about 2-3 years old with reasonable tread remaining. The wheels are in average shape for the year (not perfect, but fine IMO, one got beat up more than others due to half blind wife).

That's about all I can think of. All considered I believe this is a great deal for you considering the $2500-$3000 in mods to car (I paid). Feel free to contact me if interested else it'll go up on CL or Ebay here soon.

The whole car was painted. I had it paint matched by panel back in 2010 but realized it really wasn't any more money to just get the whole thing painted when I did my own prep.
