Looking for e55 asap cash ready near NY preferrably
I'll try and post here as well as most of you know I have it posted in the reg section! Looking for pref. a 2005-2006 white or silver car with mods and options. Lower miles preferred as well. I will listen to anything that is nearby, or distant if need be, but would get car checked out by someone. PM me with what you have or simply call me at SIX three one...Q357...Q2602.

UPDATE: I will take a black car if it is very clean, well maintained, lots of options and preferably has mods of some kind. I am sick of looking already! lol
Still prefer white 1st or sliver 2nd. Tectite gray or charcoal (if they made charcoal) and black are considered as well. Thanks

Not for me but thanks. One thing that I read in your ad that blows my mind is that you went 11.2@122mph I was curious as to why the mph was so low. Seems that it is pulling timing up top. I read that it had a 'leak' of some sort but doesn't mention it being fixed. It also says that it would go 'well' into the 10's! I am sorry but I find that insulting as these cars are NOT easy to get into the 10's and WE all know this, none-the-less well into the 10's.
Just a quick story. I was close to buying a certain car that went 11.2@ 125mph and he has since done other minor things to it. In conversation I mentioned cntrline's car that went 130mph in the 1/4, his response was...'this car will easily do that!' I was like REALLY! That simply left a bad taste in my mouth. 125mph to 130mph is apples and oranges. Along with that, I was supposed to get many more pictures of the car and that never happened so I am out completely on that car!
My point is, whatever the car went at the track, that's what it does!!! It seems that everyone thinks that it is faster if they do this or that...my opinion is that if the speed is a selling point of your car then fix it and get back to the track and prove it! Making these claims is a big turnoff for me, sorry to say! 11.2's is very good and is plenty fast for most and 'they' will make it faster if they want too! I hope that you understand that I hope your car goes 10.50s if you go back, it was the statement thing, and your car is pretty cool btw. GLWS.

No problem just figured I would mention it. There was a boos leak on the waste gate springs and now they are holding. I went 11.2 at 123 before with a 1.62 60ft now that my car is doing better up top with a low 1.6 60 ft and a better trap I can see the car going 10.90. Anyway good luck to you on your search for a 55.

I never thought that this would be so brutal to find a car. Actually going to look at some 2012 e63's tomorrow at a local dealer along some other stuff! Probably not going to go $60-$65k on one of those but I will look. If it isn't an AMG but has a sport package, then I might just buy something. I am spending way too much of my time looking for something! lol...Keep 'em coming though...I am not giving up yet but getting close to just settling on something!

You should definitely hold out, that e55 you are looking for will pop up. I didn't think I would find a white on black s55 when I was looking at the kompressors in general but one happened to show up 200 miles from me and I had to have it. White is just an amazing color on these cars, don't know why they are so rare, especially a white one with a black interior.
