2005 E320 CDI Tectite Grey/Ash Leather interior in great condition, and with relatively low 110,000 miles for it's age. I purchased with ~70k miles on it and some remaining life on a CPO warranty, which I extended. Since then it has been primarily driven freeway to and from work and some long distance rides.

• Passenger mirror motor
• Both batteries
• Cabin air filter, fuel filter, oil filter, V-belt

I get it detailed yearly, and store it in a covered garage (not heated). It's mostly freeway driving and some leisurely suburban driving. The car runs and performs beautifully. There aren't any significant flaws beyond minor wear, but the driver side seat material is cracking a bit and a few of the interior wood panels have some hairline cracks in them. Most of the interior has hardly been used. Clean title, owned outright.

Thanks for the input! I really wasn't sure where to price it. I just looked for every similar listing I could find and adjusted for the mileage, and came up with that price to match the average. It's hard to find reliable comparison numbers for a somewhat unique vehicle (diesel and many major repairs).

That said, I'm very willing to negotiate if price is the only sticking point for anyone.

I expanded my family over the winter, and really need to move this car. Asking 9,000 but I'll hear out any wild offers at this point. Not much has changed, I don't drive it much anymore, so just some minimal weekend driving and regular maintenance.

How about $6,750? I'm looking for someone who can act quickly on this without any bs - getting worn thin with people wanting to set something up then flaking on me last minute. It's a great car, I included oodles of pictures. I have nothing more to add - the car will go for many more years!
