Thanks. I forgot to upload pic of the small rear scratch. She opened the rear hatch into the garage door bracket only a few months into ownership. We decided it wasn't worth the hassle to repair it, so dealer dabbed a little touch up paint in it to keep from having future problems.

CPO would cost approx $2K according to my local MB dealer. Financing would be between buyer and the dealer. I am not qualified to provide info on that. Sorry. I'm an individual seller, and this is our personal car. However, I have good relationship with my MB dealer, and he has given me green light to send prospective buyer to him for possible financing and CPO details. The CPO process shouldn't have anything to do with financing though. Down payment and financed amount will depend on buyer qualifications and dealer due diligence.
