Yes - car has a CLEAN title.
I can send anyone that is interested a scanned copy of the title.

This E63 was purchased directly from Mercedes-Benz Financial. When I received the car it had a cracked front bumper and a deep scratch on the drivers side rear quarter - see pictures below.

The front bumper with replaced with a non-OEM (Suvneer) bumper and I had the scratch repaired. I have receipts for both the bumper and the repair labor.

I believe my asking price is fair.

Yeah, haven't really seen too many Designo graphites, mine is the same color. Good luck with the sale. No pano, or parktronic right? I would assume you have the bluetooth puck in the center console. Airmatic? Head bolts? No vin posted so can't see the rest of the options it might have.

Color is super-rare. No pano or PDC. Not sure on bluetooth. Has Airmatic and I am not sure if head bolts have been addressed. The NetStar was posted which shows all options and MSRP when new was $103,320.

Certainly not a 'perfect car' (it is 9 years old) but a very solid and nice car that runs very well.

Mine is just an E350, but it had the pano, parktronic, power trunk, folding rear seat, voice control. Some of those were minor options which is why it might not be listed on the main sheet or it doesn't have them. I assume it has bluetooth, but it's another minor option so it doesn't list it on the main sheet. Bluetooth would be in the center console, silver would be 2nd gen and brown is the 3rd gen. Sometimes the puck is missing. No picture of the front grill, so I also assume no distronic as that was also pretty rare. But I think you have folding rear seats as that was standard.
