side steps

side steps
Just had car washed at hand car wash i use sometimes come back home to find that 1 of the side steps has what seems like oxidisation stains,tried everything to get them off with no success, has anyone else had this problem? tomorrow i will go back and try and claim off the hand wash but doubt if i will have much success, looks like new sidesteps, 1 week old!

sorry to hear it, I have the SAME EXACT problem. My story is that the car wash person used a degreaser on the side of my car (ridiculous, i know...) when it went down the side of the car it stained the steps pretty bad... tried many things also.
New steps installed by merc are just over 3k...
