To buy or not to buy ML55
Hello,
I was thinking of buy in a 2002 ML55 only 64000 miles for about $18000. I was going to replace my wife's 1999 ML430. Any issues with a 2002 ML55 that I should look out for? Is the transmission better on the 2002? Just replaced the ML430 transmission with about 128,000 on it. Not cheap

I had an 2003 ML55 and i put 90,000 miles on it! At that point problems started coming up! Its not worth getting that car for everyday driving cause its really stiff! Good times tough!

Out Of Control!!
you think the M3 is softer then an ML55?
Raffie, I bought my ML at 49k miles... I am currently rounding 140k miles... No major issues other then needed the circuit board replaced in the transmission. The ML isnt stiff but it isnt soft... If looking for something comprable, you wont come close in the price... My mom now drives the car, she has no problems with it, and its even lowered
